Paul Bettis has served as Chaplain for the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office since 1995. He is on the Chaplain's Committee for the National Sheriff's Association. He also serves on the Chaplain's Committee for the Oklahoma Sheriff's Association. His goal is to have a Chaplain in every Sheriff's Office in the State of Oklahoma.

Paul has started a witnessing program in the prisons called "Evangelism Explosion". It is now being taught in 8 prisons and he will have it in 12 by the end of the year. The target is to have it in 24 prisons in the state.
