Detention Officer

The Cleveland County Sheriff’s Department is accepting applications for Detention Officer.

Requirements:
 
Must be at least 21 years of age & U.S. Citizen
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Have a valid Driver’s License – Insurable Driving Record
Must pass a background investigation, polygraph, and drug test
No felony convictions
No Domestic Violence Record
Good Moral Character
Available to work shifts- 24/7 operation
Operate PC and common office software packages

Annual Salary $31,000
